Who is eligible to purchase from Tremun Piercing?

Tremun Piercing is specially designed for professional piercers. We ask you to verify that you are a licensed or operating body-piercing studio. This guarantees that our premium jewelry and supplies are being handled by trained hands so that we can ensure safety and quality for the end customer. After you have been verified, you will have access to all products, wholesale pricing, and other benefits (e.g., lifetime warranty, autoclave-safe pieces, etc.).

What materials do you use, and how can I trust their quality?

Beauty and biomedical safety are priorities for us. Our jewelry collections use certified materials such as titanium (F136), gold (14K, 18K), or niobium, plus other implant-grade soft metals. Most of our stones are lab-grown but are certified (GRA is an example for moissanite) for authenticity. All jewelry is polished, finished, and tested within the standards of the piercing industry. Additionally, many jewelry items have a lifetime guarantee for durability and dependability; that’s how much we believe in what we make.

What are your shipping policies, especially for large or international orders?

Global DHL Express shipping is available through us. Shipping is fast and relatively reliable worldwide. For larger orders over €350, we offer free shipping. Our packages are secured to help protect fragile jewelry parts, gemstones, and finishes while on their journey. If the delivery incurs any customs, duties, or import taxes in your country, it is generally up to the buyer to pay, so we suggest you check with your local regulations. Please notify us if you receive any of your packages damaged, along with pictures if possible, and we will help resolve the issue!

What is your return, warranty, or repair policy?

Tremun has a lifetime warranty on many pieces as testament to our dedication to durable craftsmanship. If a piece is damaged due to a manufacturing defect (e.g., a loose setting, faulty threading, or a flaw in the metal), it will be repaired or replaced at Tremun’s discretion. Normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper cleaning or handling is not covered under warranty. Please always practice piercing best practice protocols (e.g., autoclave sterilization when appropriate) and utilize our recommended care methods as designed to extend the life of the piece.

How do I register / verify my studio and open a wholesale account?

To gain access to wholesale prices and the full Tremun selection, you’ll need to complete our verification process. Typically this includes:

Providing proof that you are a professional studio or licensed piercer (e.g. license, certification, photos of your studio, or business registration).
Filling out our wholesale application form on the website.
Once approved, you’ll receive a login for a wholesale account, where pricing, quantities, and special product lines (premium, gold, etc.) will become available to you.
